Delivery, Shipping and Return Policy

Service Standard

Express services including Overnight Orders will be shipped at the same day if it is ordered on a weekday before 12 PM (Central) otherwise it will be shipped the following day or the first Monday. Also depending on order quantity, it might be delayed one more day. All other orders require one to two business days to process before shipping. If there is no mentioning for shipment method, our standard will be ground shipping for domestic and/or economy shipping for international orders. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by common and other freight carriers.

Ordering and Shipping Confirmation

Upon successfully submitting your order, you will immediately see a thank you page containing your invoice number and order details, which should be printed out for your records. We will also notify you when your order processed and shipped. Shipping confirmation email will provide you with order tracking information when it is available. Please make sure that you give the correct e-mail address.

Payment Options

We accept American Express, MasterCard, VISA credit cards through PayPal. Please make sure to provide credit card billing address otherwise the shipment will be delayed. For international orders, you will be asked to send half-page of monthly statement to verify billing information. It is possible that the credit card may be declined. In this case, we will contact and notify you of this occurrence. We also accept Wire Transfer, PayPal, COD ($8.95 COD fee/Money order) or Purchase Order (Limited upon approval). The payment needs to be made in advance in order to release the shipment.

Backorders supports backorder processing. Please note that we manufacture the parts upon customers firm order along with advance payment. The lead time for most of the items will be 2 weeks. There will be an extra shipping cost for backorders.

Order cancellation

Please contact us immediately if you want to cancel your order. If the cancellation is not made on time and if your order is shipped before you ask for cancellation, you may return it back to us anytime within 7 days. In this case, the shipping charge will not be refundable. Please contact us to get the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for returning.

Return Policy

All trade-in service and repair service require customers to get RMA number before shipping the products. Please write RMA number on a box or include a document with RMA number in package to process your request more efficiently and in timely manner.
